When I look afar, the brightest star they say you are.

I see the water, free in all it’s essence, trickling by without the time to say goodbye.

Compliments of the winds begin to unravel a language of which I know to be true.

And there I see you, with the understanding that you never left our side.

After signing this piece and spending some time away after the initial period of painting I decided to continue working on it.

Starting to become frustrated, I added large amounts of paint and then began to remove it. After taking a step back I realised my mother had appeared as seen in the bottom left section of the work.
