Shipping & Returns Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Standard and Express shipping options are available at flat rate of $12 and $16 respectively, via Australia Post.

Orders will be sent from our gallery within 1-2 business days of being received.

For busy seasonal periods, please allow up to 7 business days for your order(s) to be sent.

For oversized or heavy items (e.g. ceramics, spears, etc.) please contact us directly aand we will provide shipping options best suited to you.


If you need the order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment.

You will be provided with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


Local Pick-Up is available at the gallery; We are located at Basement Level, 300 Adelaide St., Brisbane CBD 4000.
Collection is only available during opening times, unless a prior appointment has been made. 
     

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us directly prior to placing an order and we will provide shipping options best suited to you.
 

MISSING/DELAYED PARCELS
We take no responsibility for items that are lost by the courier as once it is dispatched, it is beyond our control.
We ship to the address listed by you upon checkout and we do not take any responsibility for items that are returned due to non-collection or wrong address being listed.

REFUNDS 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

We also do not accept refunds or exchanges on jewellery, skincare, and personal accessories (scrunchies, face masks, etc.) for hygiene reasons.

Refunds and exchanges are only available for products deemed defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Returned stock must arrive in its original condition, along with any box or product packaging. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
