In Wiradyuri Culture the high colours for Womens Law is red and for Mens Law, blue.

This piece shows the way the two laws work in support of each other, where at times the Red supports the Blue and vice versa as well where they operate respectfully separate.

This piece also includes our sacred smoke and the sacred white ochre of our ceremony.

I love the idea that red and blue combined create purple – it reminds me of amethyst, used in our healing works with crystal.
