Blue Banded BeeBathurst Post Office

Created in consultation with Wiradyuri Elders and Bathurst Regional Council. This 17-metre tall mural depicts the origin story of the blue banded bee, as told by the Elders.

This artwork was done as part of the Brisbane Street Art Festival.

Created to visually depict the timeline of the 2020 AFL season which was moved to be held in Queensland during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cultural Transition Mural
Junction Park State School

Produced in consultation with First Nations students, from Prep to Grade 6. This mural is everchanging – students add handpainted boomerangs featuring Cultural concepts and themes as decided by the art department every year.

The 2020 AFL season in a snapshot. Featuring the iconic colours of the 18 teams alongside the challenges and pressure endured, as shown in the asymmetric and jagged nature of the football.
