This painting tells the story of our shared history with the dark around the outside representing all the negatives and injustices of our peoples shared past, from colonisation to the Stolen Generation to assimilation.

The painting becomes brighter near the centre signalling changes for the betterment of our people over time, much of which our elders stood up and fought for. The centre signifies the advancement and coming together for change of all peoples that call this land home.
