BOOKING THE VENUE

With confirmation payment for securing the event date constitutes a contract between the client, the venue, and Birrunga Gallery & Dining.

DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This amount will be deducted from your final catering and hospitality invoice. Bank details will be sent with this invoice, inclusive of GST.

OUTSTANDING BALANCE

The 'full' outstanding balance is due no later than one month before event date, non-compliance may result in cancellation and termination of contract.
